Medic may revel in blood and death and gore, but there's nothing really fun in the death of an innocent teenager. It just makes him feel hollow. And kind of hypocritical. Neither of which are things he likes.

[Being dead means a lot of time to pay attention to other people and, yep, Ripley's got the most common sense of everyone else here combined. She reminds him a lot of Ms. Pauling, actually, from what he's seen so far. Capable, willing to do what no one else wants to do, lesbian, and with way too much on her shoulders.
Medic hums appreciatively as Phil takes off his shirt- regardless of the circumstances, he's gay. He puts his hands on either side of Phil, gently tracing his fingers over the bandages. They look pretty good- not a lot of wear and tear since the last time he changed them.]

Meanwhile, Phil isn’t one to get flustered, but he can’t help but blush a little as Medic puts his hands on his sides. He’s pretty sure the fact that he’s now invisible, and while he did like it he didn’t want to seem like someone who gets flustered now of all times.
After a moment, Phil clears his throat and smirks.]
